Life can be challenging and sometimes we all could use a little help along the way. Balancing the demands of a career, marriage, family, and self-care requires finesse, determination, and encouragement. We often have the solution within us; however, it often takes coaching to help us realize the goals we have.
Life is about balance. With God's help, I've been married for almost 30 years and have raised six beautiful children (still a work in progress). I've worked, been a stay-at-home mom, re-entered the workforce, and started businesses. None of this was easy, and all of it required help along the way. The consistent challenge remains balancing demands, the need for attention, and time to grow and develop personally.
Entering the field of health and wellness coaching has been a natural progression as a culmination of experiences. Helping others is in my DNA and I love finding the joy of accomplishment in others. We all need encouragement, accountability, and a gentle push to find the answers we need and accomplish the things we either put off or can't seem to find the time for. A proper coach can help you to find balance, determination, and finally realize your daily goals.
Meaningful positive change only occurs when you are invested in making changes. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling, or delegating your work to someone else. As a coach, I will ask questions and help you to examine the issue and discover possible solutions. I will cheer you on, help by keeping you accountable, and encourage you to keep working at it. Together, we will discover the barriers that have prevented, or might prevent, you from accomplishing your goals. We will identify the steps that you need to take and a timeline for completion. In the end, you will gain the resolve to tackle your most difficult, or most procrastinated, issues and we will celebrate together the accomplishments along the way!
Choose to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle.
In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
Important goals take time to accomplish. We will conduct an initial discovery session that will last 60-90 minutes. The remaining sessions will last 20-30 minutes. The sessions will occur via Zoom or telephone at a mutually convenient time. Our fee for this engagement is $ 400.00, payable in advance.
New to coaching and want to try it out without a longer commitment? We will conduct an initial discovery session that will last 45 minutes. The remaining sessions will last 20-30 minutes. The sessions will occur via Zoom or telephone at a mutually convenient time. Our fee for this engagement is $250.00, payable in advance.
If you feel more comfortable, we can meet for coffee at your favorite place (in the Northern Kentucky Area) and conduct our coaching there. These sessions will last for 45 minutes. Our fee for this engagement is $150 per session, and due in advance.
